Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to mini777, subject to applicable legal holds and investigation requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their mini777 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
